  Amazing experience with this seller! Immediately upon ordering I was given constant updates as to the status of my order, the condition of the item was shown to me before dispatch to confirm it was accurate. Delivery was rapid and the seller made sure to check I was aware of any import duties before dispatching, giving me plenty of opportunity to reconsider the order.   the product is packaged well and no damage when it arrives. overall the service is ok. nothing to complain only. the only negative thing is the shipping costs too high $90, not covered any partial by the seller. I will pick another seller if I can find a cheaper one. but the product is new, so it should be fine.

  This item is very detailed, realistic, and can only be purchase from Present Toys. The condition is perfect and worth every penny. It did come from overseas so delivery did take patience but worth the wait. The seller's communication was excellent as they answered every question with a quick response. I trust this seller and would recommend them to anyone.
