  Due to circumstances that were unable to be communicated to me, the seller reached out to me to issue a refund and offered the item at a reduced rate. When the situation was fully explained, I immediately aknowledged my mistake and apologized. The seller did everything right was just unable to communicte with me. I will purchase again from the seller with no worries about what is being sold to me or if I receive it. The seller was apologetic about the circumstances and made the situation right.
