  Fantastic company to deal with. The wrong style was sent by mistake. I contacted the company sent them a picture of the style I received, I had an immediate response, they sent me the correct trainer with a return prepaid packaging to return the unwanted trainers. Simple human error corrected immediately Will definitely buy from this company again Thank you thank you A*******

  My shoes arrived on time and well packaged, but ex display trainers were sent by mistake instead of new as stated. Upon raising this with the seller, they immediately wanted to make it right, so quickly resolved the issue with a full refund since no new alternative’s were available to ship. Excellent customer service as mistakes do happen. A great seller on eBay, and a marvellous example for many others to follow.

  Good communication. Incorrect style of trainers received but seller couldn’t replace with the correct item as none left in stock. Offered reasonable choice of resolutions: either a full refund and return item or partial refund and keep incorrect item. I chose the latter and quickly received the partial refund. Overall I was disappointed that I didn’t get the style of trainers that I wanted but happy with the customer service that I received.
