    These people were very interactive in a problem, involving the shipping .... it was poorly done, and they did their best to replace the sprinklers, but the problem persisted....they offered a small refund, and did not require a return of the damaged sprinklers. I think they did their best, under the circumstances, but need to rectify the shipping problem.

    The seller is A+ and communication is prompt. Company issued a refund. I had to cancel due to the USPS letting my purchase sit in their possession for 8 days waiting to be accepted! No one would answer the phone. The Postal Service is a disgrace.

    When I received the box from the post office, there was a small hole in the end of the box. when I opened the box, the threaded rod was gone. I'm assuming it worked it's way out of the hole. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement quickly. So this was a great transaction. Thank you to the seller. A+ seller.
