  Superb service. Prompt efficient delivery. Quality item which was easily replaced. Their recycling policy is to be applauded. For £9.99 it has saved me over £100 and there's only a cable replaced. Highly recommended. Thank you.

  Thanks for sharing the images of your element and our replacement as it helps other customers, I can see that the original heater has the electrical burn caused by the PEPI H1 fuse on one of the contact pads, these can be ground off as well as on the fuse for re-use but in your case the wires have come detached, these also can be replaced but it is a difficult process so often easier to replace as you have.
