    Très bonne communication avec le vendeur. De plus a touche que je souhaitais n’étais pas disponible et le vendeur s’est démené pour me proposer qqc s’y approchant, puis au dernier moment la touche qu’il me fallait a été trouvée par le vendeur ! Alors que je ne la trouvais nul part. Je remercie grandement ce vendeur afin d’avoir tout mis en œuvre pour trouver la touche qu’il me fallait. De plus l’envoie et la livraison furent rapides et sans encombre, je recommande.

    I got a left "Ctrl" key for my Lenovo P50 laptop. The item is exactly as described, and the communication was superb and prompt. I really appreciated the seller resending the item promptly when I didn’t receive it the first time due to postal issues. As someone in the US, the shipping cost and time weren’t ideal, which is why I left lower ratings for those categories. But that’s beyond the seller’s control. Overall, I had a positive experience and would buy from this seller again if needed.

    The seller was kind to help which listing I should need to choose for my laptop. Unfortunately the postal service displaced the item and it never arrived, but the they understood the situation and gave a refund. Highly recommend because of their communication skills!

    Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Verkäufer hat sich die Zeit genommen, sich die Tastatur über ein Bild anzuschauen und mir dann das passende Teil rauszusuchen, obwohl ich schon bestellt hatte. Darüberhinaus war die Lieferung innerhalb von kürzester Zeit bei mir (obwohl ich in der Woche vor Weihnachten bestellt habe). Ich habe sehr lange nach Tasten für meine Laptop Tastatur gesucht und bin zum Glück auf diesen Verkäufer hier gestoßen! Super professionell und top Qualität.
