    I would say this is an honest seller. The first pack of filters were delivered on the expected date but the box was quite damaged in the shipping process and so were all the filters. I immediately contacted the seller, they asked for photos of the damaged items so I took some photos and sent them. Seller responded quickly apologizing for the trouble and said a new package would be sent. Four days later I received the new filters good condition. For the money the filters are a good value.
