  Beautiful bracelet, however I don’t like the fact that taking into account the items are and expensive, the parcel can be delivered and left outside your door, as it doesn’t need a signature. It is my third purchase from this seller but unfortunately the item came damaged and had to be returned, however they are very professional with their communications and I got my refund without any issues.

  Lovely earrings. Perfect condition and great quality. Definitely worth the price. Came in a beautiful box which gave it the wow factor. Seller was very helpful and friendly in communications and replied very quickly. Received the earrings next day after purchase. I would definitely buy again from this seller. I would highly recommend them.

  Amazing customer service - when I ordered 2 high value items of the wrong size 🙈 they sorted a super speedy return and exchanged for me with no issues at all. Their customer service is incredible, Scarlett has been amazing and couldn't have been more responsive - a real pleasure to deal with... plus the items are stunning in a lovely presentation box.
