    Great experience! I ordered a refurbished steering rack and my mechanic said it looked brand new! The advisor assisted me every step of the way and was good at responding.     Seller was very helpful in finding me the correct rack for my vehicle and provided great communication throughout as well as notifying me they there may be customs tax to pay so it wasn't a surprise. 10/10 from Simo Repair, item arrived very well packaged with high density foam and worked immediately after initialising the rack using ISTA. Will 100% use again if I ever need another rack
