Although the product was as described, the seller used a stock photo that didn't match the appearance of the item received. As I buyer, I was unaware of this and caught off guard that the appearance of the item didn't match the photo. Ideally this info would be included in the description. The seller was quick to offer a generous deal, although I opted for a refund. Returns were easy and the refund was issued promptly. Great customer service.
