  Postage price very good, tracked and very quick delivery. Packaging excellent. Item as described and great value for money.   Item arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately wasn't model advertised, and therefore didn't have the USB ports. Requested return through eBay. Return was easy via Royal Mail, and refunded very quickly. No specific communication from seller, but return easy. Item looked ok otherwise, and cable included as specified.

  Refurbished 24 port ethernet switch, superbly packed and promptly delivered for a good price. Unfortunately the switch would stop forwarding packets after about 24-36hrs (not an error that a standard bench test would reveal) so I had to return it. The measure of any vendor is their returns process, and this vendor was excellent - quick and easy, with great communications at each step of the way, and a prompt refund. Overall, a good experience from a vendor I would recommend.

  Work very well and is way better than the one I used to have. I won’t have to keep my finger on the cd tray to prevent it from ejecting while reading disc. Seller even responded to my inquiry about getting more pictures. The order was shipped with packing peanuts and the item was bubblewrapped for more protection.   Items arrived promptly and exactly as described. Very well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. Excellent value as discount offered for multiples so I purchased 3. All PSUs tested and readings all well within acceptable limits. Cosmetically appear in great condition for their age and quality brand for the time.   This is my hand written review for this absolute beauty I received today. It came inside an oversized box big enough to fit an entire pc speaker set with a sea of packaging peanuts. This ensured not a single scratch during its long journey. I was blown away by the absolute care taken by the seller. It sustained no functional damage as a result and works as expected. I highly recommend the seller for such an outstanding job in making sure the item arrives safely. Amazing job and thank you seller.
