    Item arrived as described and listed online. The box was not smashed. I am happy with my purchase and the condition of the item when it arrived. They answered my email extremely quickly after I sent it. I would recommend this seller.

    Received Item as described and the value seems to be okay. Should have put more packing around the item because it poked holes in the box from moving around. Tracking USPS Shipping started out great but ended up costing me wasted time. I took screenshots of the movement and it kept changing where the package was. It arrived and left same destination a few times and then the expected delivery date changed. Out for delivery, USPS showed up at my house without the package. Delivered 2 hours later.

    The product was damaged when it arrived. I requested a refund and got a reply quickly from the seller. They refunded my money quickly and told me not to worry about shipping it back since it is not in working condition. Great seller to deal with.
