  This was my second order with you. You sent me the wrong Christmas cards. I sent you a very polite message pointing this out to you and you ignored it. Politeness costs nothing and can mean everything. It signals that you are a professional and that, if you are in business, that you actually care. All I wanted was an apology and I would have left it there. But you failed to do that, so you get a negative review. This also means you loose the opportunity of any future business from me.

  Arrived today, well packaged up, what wonderful designs for Christmas cards to share with family during the festive time of the year. I thought they were well made and just the perfect cards which are better than just the shop bought available in the High Street. Would reccomend the seller , the cards are beautiful thank you so much.
