  Hello, I take selling very seriously. I did not know it smelled of smoke, as I am anosmic. I don't smoke, I bought it from someone else. I did not advertise the item worked, simply that it was new in an open box, as it was. I don't know why it was sticky. I will issue a full refund including shipping, meaning you will keep the camera and be able to resell any parts of it. Please contact buyers going forward, no reason to affect their feedback/livelihoods when it could be an accident. Best wishes

  Sadly the doll smelled like smoke and when I told the seller they gave a full refund. It was a good deal and fair shipping price and was in new condition but sadly we couldn’t keep it because of the smell. I appreciate them giving a full refund.

  Hi there, thank you so much for your feedback! I am a reseller, so issues do sometimes happen with items. Sadly, I am anosmic so I couldn't smell the doll. Though rest assured I offer returns, cancellations, and refunds for any reason. I did receive the return in a very timely manner, and had my mother do a smell test. She said she couldn't smell smoke, but it did smell like a basement. Although not mildewy. Sorry again for the inconvenience and thank you so much for your understanding!
