  The handmade box was exactly as pictured and described - very pleased. The wooden box was very well packaged. It was great value! The shipping was rather roundabout; not the fault of the seller. A+ seller. Highly recommend. Would buy from again if I found another item I wanted!

  5 star transaction, very pleased with purchase. Seller did great packing; padding the bottom of the box that few do. Delivery was swift and box marked fragile. Product was as advertised. I recommend this seller.

  Either a different tray other than pictured was sent, or seller altered the tray by applying feet on the bottom of the tray. I sent an email to ask what adhesive was used so I could try to get it off, but as expected, no response from seller. The tray I received is not as described. Downgraded shipping from what was agreed to before I paid. I cannot recommend this seller.

  We did reply to your email. Maybe you just missed reading it. We never downgrade shipping but rather choose the best option for delivery. Sorry if you were less than happy but appreciate your feedback.
