  Item shipped from Italy to US. There was a problem with shipping after USPS received the item- wrong tracking number and ended up lost for a while. The seller assured me that they were working on it and that if I did not receive the item, they would make it right. Item was eventually received. Seller maintained excellent communication and thanks to safe packaging, the the item arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again! A+++

  I had issues with my order via mail carrier from Italy to USA. The tracking number provided was re-used by the company somehow and so my package was marked delivered in another location. On eBay, my purchase was complete, yet I had no item. I had to request a refund which eBay stepped in and refunded my money. 30 days later the package arrived. I waited to leave this feedback in case it did. They assured me it would arrive tho tracking said otherwise, and they were truthful. I paid them back.

  il kit trumpeter è il più recente e dettagliato intruder in 72 ..ho letto tante recensioni per di più positive ..ho grandi aspettative il venditore è il migliore con cui abbia avuto a che fare..prezzo migliore sia dell'oggetto che della spedizione che è stata anche fulminea e accurata con imballaggio molto solido..bravissimi grazie tornerò a fare acquisti da voi

  The seller described the model perfectly and was exactly what was received. The shipping cost was fair and the time was very fast considering the distance it had to travel. Seller communication was great with tracking updates. I will look for more from this seller in the future.
