  packaging was good, condition as described, except for the small white piece was missing but the seller had messaged me saying that they couldn’t find it and gave me a partial refund for it. the price was good even without that and they refunded me for shipping since i got it combined with another item, overall great experience

  Outstanding seller in every which way. My item was packaged beautifully and shipped in absolutely no time at all. My item was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was fully protected and it was in perfect condition - just as described! Their prices are amazing and most importantly, they are amazing with their customers and they truly, truly care. They deserve more than 5-stars - they deserve all the stars in the sky!

  Not new because it didn’t come in the original packaging, but it was definitely a well kept care of item, so im not upset about it. Best friend was happy with it. Shipping was fine, it got here by the time I needed it to. Packaging was good, came in this tight black wrap bag that was difficult to open so I know no water got inside of it that’s for sure. Fairly described well though yeah, just not “new”, but no problem. Good value, maybe coulda been 5 bucks cheaper, but im happy with it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very good customer service and outstanding communication. There was a mishap and the package went missing. After alerting the seller and observing the tracking number, we agreed on a refund. The other purchases made with seller arrived in less then 2 weeks. This item was sold for a very good price and had a cute design. Seller handled the situation well. I am willing to do business again in the future.
