Buildable good coverage when applied correctly. It works well with setting powder to hide blemishes, for tattoos I recommend a couple of layers and let dry fully in-between each then set with make-up setting powder. The only issue I have is the shade but I purchased the wrong shade for my skin so that's on me. Great little tube of magic.
