I contacted the seller to clarify a minor point and received a prompt reply. and I made my purchase after that. The seller promised delivery in four days - actually, it arrived the next day, well packaged and accompanied by the correct charger. Great Service.

  Disks were as advertised. Super quick NEXT DAY delivery, very well packaged in box with appropriate Fragile tape. Didn't think anyone did that or bothered any more! Definite 5* for this alone never mind the goods!! A genuine thank you very much - really appreciate it!

  Great service, nice and quick delivery, came well packed, and as described. Unfortunately the version of Winows 10 on my system is not activated but for the price of the laptop I can't complain, great value for money. Excellent ebay seller, many thanks.
