  THE VALUE WAS SOME SAVING. THE QUALITY WAS MADE BY CUSINART BUT DELIVERED IN A NON-FACTORY BOX. SELLER STATED HE BOUGHT IT IN A LOT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, & I ASSUME THE OTHER COMPANY SOLD THEIR RETURNS THAT HAD REJECTS FROM BUYERS. HE STATED FREE RETURNS BY FEDEX, SO I HAVE TO PAY FEDEX MYSELF, WHICH I AM DISATISFIED WITH. THE POT LEAKED WATER FROM THE BOTTOM LIKE A WATERFALL UPON PUTTING IN 2 CUPS FULL I. WILL NEVER BUT FROM THI BUYER AGAIN & POSSIBLEY EBAY. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I GOT SCREWED

  Product is great arrived fast and in great condition,seller did not communicate at all about shipment,I suspect is a drop shipper ,which while not bad because I got it ,just lacking communication on what was happening...

  No where in the title or description did it say open packs, received a beat up open, with open packs All holos and any inserts were all removed, STAY AWAY!!!
