  Great service from seller who I’d had to contact as wrong item was delivered. I’d been rushed into hospital with suspected h/a & found the parcel on my step on returning home. Once I realised the error I informed seller who was very kind & understanding & posted the correct item out which I received just a couple of days later, at no extra cost. KC Cottonsoft is my favourite cotton yarn as it’s so easy to crochet with & I’m very grateful for sellers kind gesture & have added seller to my favs.

  Great experience with this seller, refunded postage as I bought two different items posted straight away, sadly evri did not deliver on time and I had to leave on holiday messaged Chris and he provided a delivery photo and I was able to track my package to a neighbour. Yarn is as described and photographed very pleased and will be returning to buy more recommend this seller highly.
