    Parcel not sent tracked so it was lost in the post for 2 days. I had a reference number that meant nothing so not able to locate parcel. Contacted seller and his reply was " I have no control over it when it leaves here" Had it been sent tracked instead of snail mail that would not be the case. Happy with item but not with the service especially when it hadn't arrived on time.

    item was sent on time RM tried to delivery and was unable redelivery was arrange and got delivered once collected by RM we have no control over its delivery whihc customer is not happy about
