  Had what turned out to be a CPU issue. JG was extremely helpful and responsive with assisting to resolve the issue. To the point of shipping out replacement pieces for me to be able to identify the issue. Will absolutely buy again the next time I get servers or related components they sell.

  Yes. Positive. I'm happy! Issues of delivery due to a non reference of my phone in ebay. Silly should be asked to ebay to add a phone and email field for shipping international. Lost 10 days. Small issues with NIC vs Network connexion interlacing in the end, but fixed now. Hardware in good shape and functional. Customer service good, even if technical help could be better. Thanks for your patience! help and care! Good continuation!

  Had an issue with one of the arm's missing a part, offered the seller to return the unit, they said they would send a replacement, reminded them after a week or so that I had not seen the tracking info for the return, they sent it out promptly. Replacement unit was perfect. All in all, good transaction and very happy with how it turned out.
