  I have always believed that exceptional customer service is not when things go well but it's how sellers respond when things don't go according to plan. Especially when the fault lies not with the seller but with my apartment complex. I recieved notification from eBay my parcel was delivered to the parcel locker but I never received an unlock code. I reached out to Dewanda who not only world tirelessly to help but through her actions uncovered an unknown problem. Highly recommend this seller 5*
