  I am extremely pleased with the service of this company. I sent my key on the Saturday to reach them on the Monday morning. By the Monday afternoon I had an email to say that it was repaired and sent back to me. The price was very good too. Excellent service

  Have just received repaired Saab key back today after a few days and my husband is absolutely delighted with it. Can't praise this repair service high enough - the communication was excellent and the process of sending the faulty key to the repair service was well described. Thank you very much

  100% recommend this seller, key posted off Monday, message received next day to say it was all repaired and was back in post Received key back on Friday . This is a very small fraction of the cost of a new key and I will be sending my other key to them very soon

  Woohoo!!!! Both lock and unlock now work!!! 😀 I'm amazed!!! Timpson said they couldn't fix the lock & once the open went dud, I thought I would try this man, and his communication was brilliant, he always responded promptly to my questions and was very patient with me. The process is very straightforward. You send him the fob bit and you keep the key end, and he fixes it quickly and sends it back 1st class signed for, but royal snail can take 5 wkg days but it willl come and you will be happy!

  Firstly, wow! I was not sure what to expect. I was shocked. Super great company! I received a brand new key back within 48 hours. Communication was great and such great value for money. I highly recommend this company and WILL be using them again. Thank you !!!!

  The mark of a good company or trader is how they sort things out when there are problems. Key was repaired and then damaged in shipping by Royal Mail when sent back to me. Informed seller who without complaint re-repaired the key and refunded postage Excellent service would recommend and use again.
