Bicycle Heaven è stato avviato e marchiato nel 1996 a Bellevue, Pittsburgh PA. A partire da una bici scartata che Craig ha trovato nella spazzatura. Fare riparazioni e vendere bici usate e collezionare bici d'epoca antiche e da collezione con oltre 3000 bici sparse nei garage in tutta l'area di Bellevue. Bicycle Heaven Museum è stato fondato nel 2011 da Craig & Mindy Morrow. È il più grande museo e negozio di biciclette del mondo, come si vede dal New York Times e dall'Associated Press.
