    Great experience with this seller. The item purchased is exactly as described but when received it was missing a piece. I contacted the seller with a picture of the missing part. Seller replied that he had contacted the manufacturer and was told a replacement would be sent directly from them. The replacement part was delivered a reasonable time later. I commend this vendor (Scale Model Kits) and the manufacturer (Metallic Details) for excellent customer service. A+++++

    shipping was good especially from overseas. packaging was great. even though the item was only put into a mailer, it was completely wrapped in bubble wrap. the item received was exactly described on the vendors site. thw value for this item was well worth the price.paid especially since the utem received was not plastic but of resin material.

    Item was exactly as described in the seller's listing. Item was well packaged for international shipment. Despite coming from overseas, the item arrived much quicker than I expected.
