  Quick delivery but very disappointed seller did not address my request note for Green colour tubs. I was sent grey instead. Maybe they should state what colour is available (probably only grey) rather than make it look like there are a variety of nice colours available.

  Next day delivery took 22 days to arrive. Item 5L Paint apparently got lost so they sent out another which took 14 days to arrive. Only communication a generic message asking for another 48 hours. Continously asked for a refund which they ignored. Would not buy from this seller again.

  Very speedy service and very good price from vendor all totally ruined by the driver who delivered it.! He never rang the bell ,we were in and we heard an almighty thump by the front door and he had dropped the parcel presumably from full height . I opened the parcel and there was Cedar Red preservative everywhere and the tub was upside down! The preservative had gone solid around the lid and I had to cut the lid off with a Stanley knife and decant it all into my old pot which I had kept.
