  Shipping was fast and the item was just as described. Couldn’t use it though because I couldn’t find the other parts for this particular bumper. Pleased with the seller overall. When I requested a refund, they sent the shipping label right away!

  This seller has done nothing but run from taking responsibility for sending a broken part that was advertised as brand new. I sent pictures to the seller of the broken portion after I had already wiped it with soapy water and Scotch Brite, and the seller called me a liar and said that I sent him a picture of a part from a different seller, that I had painted the part, and that I had altered the part. I send pictures to prove him wrong and ask for a partial refund. This seller is hell.

  buyer sent pictures of items that were clearly altered. part of it was painted already with clear painters tape line. Or in simple terms altered. ALSO all shiny surfaces. The buyer was asking for a refund. Not even return. So that looked like clear blackmail for money.
