  Item as described and pictured; excellent Volt and Ohm reference based on actual values (item came with a calibration sheet) measured on 6.5 digit multimeter; was able to determine the most accurate of my many multimeters; items (bought 2x) where shipped very fast and received 4 days early; excellent seller, A+++ transaction.
