    Terrible experience, I’ve waited 2 weeks for an a that should have been delivered by a courier 48h, that was the seller discription, I have messaged several times only with unapropried responses, when I asked for my money back. They replayed they have posted the iteam again, surprise surprise when the item arrived the engraving it’s not even the picture I have sent it’s someone else’s Cat. For someone that is grieving this is just not aceptabal. Do not buy from this seller. No refund yet
