  Arrived badly pgkd and slightly damaged. Seller refunded enough to cover repair cost. After a month of use the carpet sweeper worked only intermittently and was getting worse.. I had to have it rewired.. if the seller had tried it out he would have thought it worked so I don't really hold that against them. But It's my fault for paying way too much in shipping. Not thrilled. but not unhappy.
