  I purchased item and after almost 1 month of not receiving I sent message with no response. A few days later I sent another message saying I was going to have to report it as I still had not received item. Shortly after I did get a refund but very frustrating since this was a gift and now I have to go through the process of finding another item and repurchasing. If the item was not available a simple message could have saved me a lot of time. I had zero communication.
