  Item as described, shipping was quick, arrived 2 weeks beforethe date, packaging was decent once it arrived at my house it had a hole in the box but im pretty sure thats due to the shipping agent that was used item wasnt damaged so it doesnt really matter much

  First, products are exactly what is pictured and condition stated by Francisco. We had a Major issue with shipping, no fault of shipper or receiver. Francisco was there every step of the way, not only contacting but the burach of follow ups with shipping company and daily updates were outstanding. Can you believe he drove down to shipping company in person to resolve issue, he did. One can only wish to have such a dedicated magnanimous employee! Many thanks Francisco.
