  Batteries arrived quickly, in new condition and well packaged. Both worked perfectly and came fully charged, which was a nice bonus and much appreciated. Appearance matched the listing photos and the quality feels solid. Great value for the price and no issues at all. A reliable seller and a smooth transaction - would definitely recommend.

  Battery arrived but not with the fitting tools as advertised. Seller arranged replacement tools but these also did not arrived. Contacted seller who said they would post the tools the next day. 6 days later the tools arrived maked as 48hr delivery, so obviously seller did not post as stated.

  Not much to say really, I got what I ordered. Needed a new battery for my psp that's what I was shipped, could have been in a more padded envelope. I feel like it could have gotten broken in the one it came in.
