  My order arrived timely and was as advertised with the exception of two parts within the kit that required a left- and right-hand part. I received two of the same instead of one of each. The lead-time to send me the correct part was 2-3 weeks. I was given the option to purchase the item myself and was to receive a partial refund to cover the cost. I made the purchase myself and the refund posted to my account within a couple of days. The customer service agent was EXCELLENT!

  Item delivered delayed a little from the original estimated arrival, however, quality is high for the value. Have had these units in my vehicle for weeks now and it is a noticeable difference from the previous filters. Seller was communicative as they reached out to confirm if the items arrived after the next estimated delivery was posted. Would buy from this seller again.

  Although there was never any information under tracking, this item did arrive by the stated date, even though I was worried that it hadn't even been sent out! Items were as described, and well-packaged. Excellent communication with seller, and LOVE the FREE SHIPPING!! Overall great experience!
