It looks exactly as described—very heavy & beautiful. The seller was extremely responsive, replying to every inquiry within an hour. The chandelier safely traveled from Berlin to St. Louis, Missouri, arriving just days after I placed my order. This is my second purchase, & I am delighted with both. He was very friendly, helpful and communicative throughout, from before my purchase to after delivery. The chandelier itself is extraordinary - it's exactly as described and photographed but also cleaned up and rewired. Daniel very carefully packed it and shipped by express, allowing me to receive the chandelier within 4 days. His chandeliers and his client service are extraordinary and recommend him completely.
