  Be aware this item was dispatched with no tracking information and was delivered by Amazon. Item as described and at a reasonable price just a little confussed why it was delivered by Amazon with a ticket inside saying " enjoy your gift from Amazon" One other issue seller never replied to my message when I asked if there was any tracking info available. Overall I'm giving it a positive rating as the item was as described and arrived in time. But a little puzzled about the Amazon involvment.

  After not receiving the order confirmation e/m I contacted the seller who responded quickly with acknowledgement that my order had, indeed, been placed. Order arrived very well packaged. I haven't tested each bulb but I'm confident they will be undamaged. These bulbs are hard to get now so I'm pleased to have been able to get them and at a good price.

  Did not receive the inks as advertised in the description and photo. The item was not a genuine Vantamo product and arrived directly sent from Amazon. No communication from seller. Additionally my time was wasted in setting up the return with photographs and then waiting for my refund. Not impressed by this seller.

  Absolutely fantastic seller! I had some issues to start with as the delivery was lost in transit but that was no fault of the seller. Ash responded to my queries regarding the missing items and sent out a replacement order free of charge as soon as we couldn't locate the original. I'm really grateful and very happy with the order. A huge thank you! I would definitely order again :). The second dispatch arrived in a super timely manner and I'm one very happy customer.

  Wrong item sent, didn't use postal service as advertised, had to chase missing product, cheap quality for cost. Seller acknowledged they sent the wrong item but now don't reply to messages about finding an acceptable solution!
