    After I paid, the product page was changed and a different product than the one I wanted was sent to me. I have not received a reply to my inquiries. I think the shipping and packaging were appropriate. However, the product that was sent and the customer service were inappropriate.

    Item I ordered was listed as available but seller made an error and could not ship it, he did'nt say anything until I noticed tracking info was not updating. Then he promised to ship it next 5 business days but still didn't just wasted my time. Earliest response I got on my messages was 24 hours later. I got refund but what will compensate time I wasted.
