  Shipping was a difficult expetiance. Tracking number changed when package moved to Parce Force. Paid customs duty and just hoped that it would be correct packadge when delivered. They stated origin as Germany?! Item is as described. Thank you to seller who tried to assist, but it was completely impossible, once paskage entered UK. Parcel Force impossible to contact. However, I am very happy with boots Thank you.

  The seller was as helpful as possible.....it was not her fault the dress didn't arrive in a timely fashion, it was due to the post office sending it to the wrong country by not sorting the package correctly! The dress was as described, a New dress. Unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. The packaging was fine, and it was a good value, price for the dress.

  Quintessential eBay seller! Customer service focused! Awesome pricing! As promised, extra swift shipment! Extremely responsive seller! Could not be more satisfied w/transaction, just brokenhearted dress did not fit! It’s a show stopper. Had I been bit taller, to capture the drama of the dress, and my bust a tad smaller would have been perfect. Alas they are not. Thx rubyspot for UR excellent service.
