  Item didn't arrive. Query sent to seller saying I still wanted item. I was told it would arrive by 23rd July. Received a refund 2 days later!!! Not impressed.

  Bought flying V round jack plates, they are nicely made, no paint cracks or anything similar and have weight to them. Unfortunately, hole for jack on my guitar was made in weird dimensions and screw holes on jack plate were on edge of the hole. Seller offered to refund part of the price and for me to keep the jack plates I ordered which was very nice of him. There was a bit of an issue with shipping but seller offered to check what’s going on with it. Fully recommend this seller.
