    Wrong item sent by mistake, seller said to keep these solar lights and they would send correct solar lights. Unfortunately the ones I wanted were then out of stock so full refund was given. Communication was excellent and helpful, always replied promptly to my messages, I would definitely order from this seller again ...... recommended seller.

    Fantastic service. Although the items ordered were not all available, alternative items were sourced. Communication was excellent throughout. Very quickly dispatched. Received less than 20 hours later. Certainly wouldn’t hesitate to deal with seller again. Everything 5 star about the transaction.

    Item posted quickly but Royal Mail lost/stole it. I messaged the seller about this and they replied within 2 hours and immediately posted out a replacement which thankfully did turn up (and was exactly as described). Fantastic customer service, will be purchasing from them again.
