    Excellent and honest service. Seller goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The seller works with you. I had to cancel my first order because I entered the incorrect address and the seller was very accommodating and quick to respond. I reordered and the item was delivered very quickly, of excellent quality and in perfect condition. The item was very well packaged to ensure that the items arrived without damage.     Super quick ship. DHL / USPS was sluggish, but was not the sellers fault - probably the result of the Winter weather / polar vortex and national holiday (MLK). Great packaging and item is as described. A great deal on a great product. Seller lacks somewhat in communication, but may be in a bit over their heads. All in all a good transaction. Thanks !

    Fast shipping came within 24hrs packaged very well just as described BRAND NEW other then the box but for the price I couldn’t say no especially when the product is going for around $900 USD definitely would buy again from seller

    The De’longhi Dinamica coffee machine arrived quickly and was just as described. There was an issue-that probably happened in shipping—but the seller made it right immediately and communicated very well all the way through the transaction. This seller is great to work with, and is honest and forthright. I would buy from RSK again. Thanks for an AWESOME transaction!!! Really appreciate it.

    I purchased quantity 2 based on the listing stating each was an 8-pack. When I received only 2 items instead, I contacted the seller who refunded my money. This honest seller said to keep the 2 items, because the sale amount was small and the seller wanted to make things right. I give the seller this high rating for correcting the listing mistake effectively. Thank you.
