    Item was took slightly longer than the stated 2-3 days to deliver (6 days overall, including 5 working days). It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, without any signs of damage and appears to be good quality. Colour was listed as silver, but a dark grey cover was sent. However, as this was not a problem to me, I fitted the cover to a Lenovo 15ARE05 without any issues using a YouTube video (search "comptechnyc 15IIL05"). Good value for money, thanks.

    Had a delay in getting item in stock as stock item was faulty, seller communicated this - followed up in new year and item arrived a few days later (today). Chased buyer a few days back but item arrived today, well packaged and is now installed and working fine. Would buy from seller again.

    Replacement keyboard arrived wrapped in stiff cardboard to keep it straight, a layer of bubble wrap for impacts and a plastic bag to avoid blemishes. Packaging was a bit sparse but it did the job. It arrived on time, and was fully functional. Good seller!
