  I recommend this seller 100%. Shipping and pricing was great. Unlike my sale I had to get a refund after finding out my car issue was just a serpentine belt and Not an alternator problem. They issued me a refund after shipping product back. Very great service! In the future I will be buying from them again. They are also very good about answering the company phone and asking any questions you have. Thank you again!

  the item was not the problem, it was a good value. The problem was I contacted the seller because the item showed not shipped yet. They responded and told me they would check and get back to me. They did not get back to me so in the next six days I attempted to contact them again 5 TIMES and NO response so after 9 days I ordered the item from another Ebay store. Low and behold the item shows up Monday so now I have to pay to return the second one all because of NO communication!

  Worst experience ever in 15 years, first item is in stock ships in 2 days.....10 days later I have to message them 3 days later they respond 3-4 more days later it shows up wrong part not what was in the description. Tried to get a replacement that didn't happened and then finally about a month later.Finally get my refund. Stay as far away from this seller as possible!!!!!!!!!! SCAM. I would leave 0/5 starts if possible.

  Ordered part. A week later still didn't ship. Contacted seller who said they would look into it for me. They didn't. Another week later I contacted them again telling them my truck has been out of commission waiting on part for more than 2 weeks. Did they ship it?!? They didn't respond. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS EBAYER. ITS NOT A REAL COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. STILL HAVE NO PART AND NO REFUND.

  [ BUYER BEWARE!! ] I haven’t received my starter, so I can’t get feedback on that, but I can tell you the shipping times are absolutely horrible.!. I ordered parts 10 days ago. Got a pre-shipment label (so I can’t just cancel the order, which they probably know) but nothing was ever dropped at the USPS. Customer service is also awful. I’ve been messaging for days trying to get an update or a refund. I finally had to call eBay Support. (who I urged to close this sellers shop)
