    This is an amazing seller. I purchased this keyboard without seeing that the keyboard layout was UK instead of US. I contacted the seller and without hesitation, they offered me a refund of my purchase. I can't say enough good things. The keyboard worked perfectly and the shipping was quick and well packaged.     Fast shipping and delivery. Seller ensured the device was well packaged, using cling wrap and cushions. Exactly as described. Only wish I could have gotten it for a few dollars less because it is a discontinued model.

    Bad experience turned positive with partial missing shipment, great seller owning the issue and we were able to resolve the missing speakers and agreed on a fair resolution. This is how Ebay business is handled, professionally and without blame simply two parties able to know mistakes can happen. while I wish I had the whole order, at least I have two working speakers, thank you for your honestly and doing business perfectly
