  The phonograph needles I purchased were both brand new and in their original packaging, as described. Seller wrapped them carefully in bubble wrap and secured them inside a bubble mailer. Shipping cost was very reasonable, and I received my package within three days. Both needles are of excellent quality, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

  Rude and unprofessional seller. First, the cartridge pictured is white. I received a black colored cartridge. Seller's first response was that the color means nothing. What does that even mean? If you know your product comes in random color then simply state that in the description. Second, this stylus quality is subpar for the price. I have bought many stylus around $30 range and this one sound the worst.
