I did overlook a part for this item. Buyer never contacted me to let me know there was an issue. I did not know there was an issue until I seen the negative feedback. I reached out to the buyer to let them know they can return the item for a full refund, or I can send them the missing part, or give them a significant refund to offset the missing part.
