  Had a little mishap with the regulator but they responded super quick, helped me figure it out and sent me a replacement within a week. Communication was great! A++ seller, would definitely recommend.

  Poor packaging and poor customer service. The stator arrived in a ripped box with no padding and was dead on arrival, didn't work and was visibly cracked. I asked for a replacement and they told me "no, just return it" so I had to reorder. The second one came, arriving in the same poor condition w/ damage, and again CS didn't care when I sent pics and asked for a partial refund since this one was at least still useable. I was again told "no" and I still haven't been helped with this. Pathetic.

  Was promptly shipped and packaged very well for shipping. Was an exact fit replacement for the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 as advertised. Provided good battery charging after installation. Would buy from RMSTATOR in the future. Recommend the vendor and the product.
