  Item was a good replacement for my oven rack as described. Shipping was fast, but it did arrive somewhat bent. It was wrapped in bubble-wrap then an outer plastic covering with no cardboard or anything else to provide structure during shipping. It did fit my stove but was a little difficult to get all the way in due to the bend. I'll keep it and the price was much lower than other sources, but would recommend more solid packaging to the seller.

  exceeded my expectations, best quality bargain I've bought. I did laugh when it arrived, it was an 'open box' so I expected a taped box but is was tied up and wrapped in heavy plastic, required care to cut without damaging product. But I am very pleased, I'm already getting compliments.
